Website and Enquiry Terms | Mojo Stays Pty Ltd | Effective 25 February 2026
These terms apply when you use the Mojo Stays website, including the Mojo Riverfront House page and enquiry form. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.
1. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry is a request for information and availability. It does not create a booking or reserve a property. A booking exists only once we have confirmed the details in writing, you have signed the stay agreement we send you, and any payment we require under that agreement has been made.
2. Information on our website
We take care with our photos, descriptions, amenities and location details, but they are a guide only. Furnishings, features, availability, rates and terms can change, and we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Tell us if something matters to your decision, and we will confirm it in writing before you book.
3. Stay agreements
Every stay is governed by the written agreement we send you. If these terms and a stay agreement conflict, the stay agreement applies. Rates and terms are provided on request and depend on the length of stay.
4. Guest verification
Every guest must complete identity verification before arrival. We may decline or cancel a booking if verification is not completed.
5. Your responsibilities
Give us information that is accurate and complete.
Only give us personal information about other people, such as guests, if you are authorised to do so and they know we will use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the website or submit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
6. Our content
The photos, text, layout and branding on our website belong to Mojo Stays or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
7. Other websites and services
Our website may link to or embed services run by others, such as our booking platform. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
8. Limits on our responsibility
We provide this website as a guide to our services. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on our website, with the effective date at the top.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
